It's that time of the month again! We at Tapp Network are very excited to present you with May's Installment of our Tapp Social Series: Don’t Fear the Data: Tackling the Myths Associated with Data and Fundraising. This event will feature Erin Troia, CEO of Ignite Intention Consulting, who will discuss fundraising analytics: You can leverage the data at your fingertips to tell a strong and impactful story.
What Will Be Covered
You don’t need a PhD in calculus to be a successful fundraiser, but you DO need to be able to properly analyze and utilize the information you have at your fingertips. During this interactive session, Erin Troia will bring new perspectives (and workbooks) that simplify fundraising analytics with a strong focus on taking some of the fear away from data.
You’ll look through the lens of best practices and boots on the ground experiences in order to learn how to make a difference in your organization. You will leave our time together with at least three actions you can take back to your team and implement.
About Erin Troia
For the last 20 years, Erin Troia has worked with nonprofit teams, institutions, and leaders on transformation through fundraising and organizational change. Along the way, she realized that her favorite part of the process was in finding true change in individual team member perceptions of themselves and within their organization.
Erin currently serves as the southeast regional alumni relations lead for the University of Denver and as the CEO of Ignite Intention Consulting. She holds a BA in communications from Marquette University and masters in higher education from the College of William and Mary.
In addition to her passion for philanthropy, Erin is an avid student of positive psychology, a personal growth junkie, marathon runner, boy mom, super-suburbanite, organizational freak, and certified professional coach.
The event will take place from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the Mill Space, located on the 4th floor of the Nemours Building. The workshop will be held from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM followed by networking from 5:00 - 6:00. As always, light food and beverages are provided.
